45th Annual Gathering and AGM

16, 17, 18th April 2010
Friday 16th April
7.00 pm: Executive Council Meeting.
Saturday 17th April
10.00 am: Registration, morning tea.
11.00 am: Annual General Meeting.
12.30 pm: Lunch.
1.30 pm: Two minibuses available (12 passengers each) departing to;
- Paua Factory, Aotearoa Stonehenge and Gladstone Vineyard, and
- National Wildlife Centre at Mt Bruce, machinery museum and cheese factory and
model train complex.
- Returning 5pm to Copthorne Hotel
Note: If the buses are full, you are free to follow in your own vehicle.
Some
of the above attractions include an admission charge.
6.00 pm: Pre dinner drinks and a mingle.
7.00 pm: Dinner preceded by Grace and The Ode to the Haggis
8.30 pm till 10.30pm: musical items, dancing, piping, singing, socializing, etc.
11.00 pm: Close
Sunday 18th April
9.30am Church service at St Lukes Union Church.
